Hello NYCO!

There's an upcoming concert that is highly recommended by Mrs Ee to go watch.

The concert is called 'Folklore and Legends' 花鼓与传奇. The conductor is 朱晖,and this concert would feature a violin solo by 金力 in 鹿回头传奇，which is a touching love story.

Other repertoire include: 凤阳花鼓，莱佛士铜像前的遐想 and 马来西亚印象.

ticket prices are $20 and $15 initially, but we're given a 50% discount. which makes the ticket prices $10 and $7.50 respectively.

Further more, 60% will be subsidised if you return the ticket stubs, hence, the actual price you will be paying is just $4 and $3!

The concert will be held this Friday, 20th February and Saturday, 21st February. Tickets for the Saturday show is selling out fast. Please encourage the Secondary 1 students to attend this concert as it is a very meaningful one or just simply make it a sectional outing!

If you are interested, please place your order of the tickets with your SLs, Sls please collate and pass the list to me　BY TOMORROW 5PM. Bring the money, either $10 or $7.50 tomorrow or Friday and pass it to me. At the end of the concert, keep your ticket stubs and return them to me so as to refund your 60% back.

Hello NYCO!

Please take note that sectionals will begin at 4pm this coming thursday, 12th February, due to the American Math Competition. SLs please make arrangements with your respective sections as of what to do during the period of 1.45pm to 4pm. You can use this time to practice in the CO room or for sectional bonding. But please do refrain from making too much noise in the classroom and science blocks as there will be a paper on-going. Thank you!
